Pet Policy

Lakeside Villas is an animal-friendly community that proudly offers a dog park for you and your furry companions to enjoy. Residents may have up to two animals per household, with a weight limit of 75 lbs each. The pet fees are below:

Non-refundable Pet Fee: $300 for 1st pet, $200 for 2nd pet
Monthly Pet Rent: $20 per pet
